Safety and Wellbeing is one of Taranto Personnel's key values. We believe that Health, Safety and wellbeing is the core to our successful business management.

We are committed to achieve the highest reasonably practicable standard of health, safety and welfare for our employees, on hired employees, contractors, clients and visitors.

Throughout the delivery of services, Taranto Personnel is committed to effectively manage OH&S through the:-

• training of our employee to work safely and to eliminate the causes of unsafe behaviour
• actively encourage a culture of health, safety and wellbeing throughout our workplace, and we strive to continually improve our health and safety performance
• visit worksites, communicate with the host employer and our on hired workers
• working together with the host employer to provide employees with induction, safety equipment and work procedures, regular information, instruction, training and supervision to ensure their health, safety and wellbeing
• we encourage employees to look out for both each other and their work mates to generate an inter-dependant safety culture
